Employers expect their employees to behave very mannerly and responsible. They expect you to be very passionate about the job and give your full 110%. Employees are expected to get on well with others which may include they colleagues and customers as well. The job is expected to be done with enthusiasm and a helpful role should always be played.

Employers are expected to treat their employees in an equal manner, no employer should be a favourite in an unacceptable way. Employers should also pay their employees fairly and meet the minimum wage requirements, no hourly rate below minimum wage should be given. It is important for the employees to be given a fair brake as well and not overwork illegal hours.
Not acting a way an Employer expects you to act..
If employees do not act according to how an employer expects you to act then it may result in getting fired from the job, or not been given a good reference feedback if you choose to change jobs which may affect your chance of finding a new job and make things difficult as employers do not want to employ someone with a bad reference.
